About

I’m Drew Green, from Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.  I’ve spent the last 10+ years working as an IT professional/sysadmin, and for the past 5 or so years working as a penetration tester with G-Factor Security, a cyber-security consulting firm I founded in partnership with my previous employer.  As of 2019, I have decided to leave the consulting world behind and am now a security researcher for one of the largest financial institutions in the world.  My certifications include: GXPN, OSCP, CISSP, CEH, MCITP:EA & Exchange 2010, MCSE:S and MCSA:S, as well as A+, Network+, Security+, CCENT and CSSA.  I also decided to get a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) because apparently I’m a masochist.  I should be finished in the summer of 2019.

Here you’ll find my thoughts about technology and my experience working with many different forms of it (seemingly 24/7).

My PGP key can be found here: 17BDDD7E (pgp.mit.edu) or locally (as of 2/2/2019).
